General Cable Assists in Hurricane Matthew Relief Efforts

Hurricane Matthew was a record-breaking hurricane in October that brought devastation to many east coast communities and left 2.5 million people without power. As many worked together to bring relief to these communities, General Cable stepped in to provide additional support.

Many General Cable employees from various locations around the country worked tirelessly through the weekend, postponing familial obligations, to coordinate and execute reparative measures. This effort included round-the-clock customer support via phone or email, inventory processing and shipping, and freight arrangement. We would like to recognize and thank those General Cable employees for their commitment to customer service!
